Parents:
- To those who celebrated or are still celebrating, Happy Diwali!
- Tomorrow is the Halloween Parade. It officially starts at 8:30 a.m. You are welcome to watch; just make sure you sign in at the Office before heading to the basketball courts.
- Due to the parade, there will be NO music class tomorrow.
- Also, if you wish your child not participate in the parade, please send me an email requesting that your child join other students in the Library (where they will be watching a movie, most likely).
- Parent-Teacher conference forms were sent home this week. Please complete and return ASAP to secure your first (or second/third) choice.
- 24 forms were returned as of today, 10/30.
- Scholastic Book Orders are due Monday, 11/4
- Please have your child enter in the TITLE/s of the book/s they are reading as well as the NUMBER of PAGES they read that day (for at least 30 minutes) in their San Jose Sharks Reading Is Cool monthly reading tracker. They could opt to read other material like magazines, guidebooks, etc. but they should still log them in the reading log.

- Nov. 1 - Field Trip to Don Edwards NWR
- Nov. 11 - Veterans Day (Holiday/No School)

- Nov. 25-29 - Thanksgiving Break (No School)
