5  =  5 servings of fresh fruit daily

2  =  no more than 2 hours of screen time (i.e., computers, television, tablets, video game equipment) daily

1  =  1 hour of exercise daily

0  =  ZERO sweetened beverages (i.e., sodas, non-100% juice, sports drinks, chocolate milk, flavored drinks)
