A few (of the many) rules:

• Deadline is 12:00 p.m. ET on June 17, 2016.
• You must be 14 years or younger on September 1, 2016.
• Your form will be sent electronically.
• Your application should include:
• a personal statement
• a sample news article you have written (if you haven't, you can write one for submission)
• an entry form, downloaded and completed with your parent's signature
• a photo-headshot
