- Please make sure students are using their District Google accounts to access and write/edit their Cinderella stories!
- We started our Cinderella study before the break. Next step involves studying the elements of a Cinderella story. Last step is to write their own and produce their own book. It would be easier if they type their story now on the computer; proofreading would be facilitated more quickly. This should take until late January to complete.
- We will be practicing for the Smarter Balanced Assessment Consortium (SBAC) Common Core Test this month. No preparation is necessary; it will be for (re-) familiarizing the students with the controls, interface, and test questions. Tests will be conducted in the computer lab and on the Google Chromebooks. The scheduled dates are 1/14 (ELA, Part 1) and 1/21 (Math, Part 1).
- We're only missing SIX Emergency Kits. Please turn in your child's kit.
