NOTES:
  • TOMORROW is our Walk-A-Thon BUT it is AFTER SCHOOL this year. Please sign and return the permission slip ASAP. I understand that a few of the students have conflicts with other activities. An email was sent yesterday with the Walk-A-Thon permission slip attached.
  • Please consider donating to the Walk-A-Thon as it is the LARGEST fundraiser this school year!
  • Friday is Owl Pellet dissection day. All 4th grade classes will be in the Multi doing the activity. They will NOT be dissecting an owl, rather a "santitized/prepped-for-science-classes" owl PELLET (click for more info). IF YOUR CHILD IS ALLERGIC TO PET HAIR OR possibly DANDER, please email me and we'll have them do an alternate activity. (Also, you may as well let the Office know, since no student is officially registered with it.)
  • Also, Project Cornerstone will be presenting to our class on Friday. They will be reading a book in celebration of Hispanic Heritage Month. The book is about our Supreme Court Justice, Sonia Sotomayor. She has an amazing story.
