Parents:

• Day One of testing went pretty well. We continue tomorrow. Get plenty of rest, eat well, and exercise.
• We have ONE more Library visit before the end of the school year (it's THIS Tuesday). Please make sure you bring ALL library books to school.
• LAST BOOK ORDER of the year is due this Wednesday, 5/10. If you are PLANNING ON BUYING books, please let me know. I will give your child a "Buy $5 or more, get one book (up to $5 value) for free" voucher. • Time for Kids - Two new magazines this week: "Inside: Mummies" and "Time for Kids Around the World: Australia". Open magazine quiz will be on Monday, May 15. Activity sheets to go home tomorrow.

3.  Math

• Oakland A's Math Packet - due Friday, May 12
• Upon correction and completion of the voucher form (no extra ticket purchases are necessary), I will send the voucher forms and answer sheets to the Athletics to receive two tickets per student.

• TenMarks - UPDATE: I assigned the final two domains (Fractions and Geometry) for completion by testing. Thought these do NOT count toward their grade, it will help identify areas in which the student needs to do more review before testing. We will continue to have time each day, as long as we have access to a computer cart, to work on them in class. However, they should be doing them at home!
• It has come to my attention that there are a few strands that were not assigned. I will look into them.
