Only sold in Asia, the yearly (or NEW yearly) Lego set celebrating the Lunar New Year are popular among hobbyists.
You don't have to fly to Asia to make one, though!

Fun Fact: There have been other Lunar New Year sets released by Lego, with the first one being the most valuable. Here they are by year:
2016 - Year of the Monkey
2015 - Year of the Sheep
2013 - Year of the Snake
So if you're headed to Asia anytime soon, keep a look out for the sets especially the first one!
