- Thank you to those who collected and turned in coins for the Pennies for Patients first week collection. We contributed $29.78 toward Ruskin's goal of $5,000 (I think that's the goal). As of Friday, Ruskin has collected $1,435.81. There are only two more weeks of collecting and donating coins: February 2 and February 9. If the school hits or exceeds the target, Principal Pender will kiss a pig!
- T-Shirt order forms will be ready by next Wednesday. I received the quote from Insane Ink and it will come out to be $14 a shirt.
- This week we will continue to read Island of the Blue Dolphins and look at the Winter Olympics before doing some art-related lessons for NBC Bay Area. I forgot to mention that they sent some PyeongChang medals and pins to use as a bases for their art.
