HW - Wednesday, 5/13

PARENTS:

• Spring pictures were distributed last week via the Wednesday Folder. There are still 8 students who have not returned their portrait packets and/or payment envelopes.  If you do not want to buy any, simply return the packet with everything inside it. If you are buying, please enclose payment and return envelope. A reminder was placed in your child's Wednesday Folder today. Thank you!
• Currently, 13 students have not decided on a mission and/or type of project to complete in the next two weeks. Please see below in the History HW section for more info. Email me when you have decided.
• Last Science Lab of the year is this Friday!
• Next Monday, the students will be participating in an interactive History walkthrough in the Multi. They have their vocabulary card/s and know they must dress up according to a historical period in California (i.e., Gold Rush, pioneer, Spanish, Mexican) OR like their vocab card term (i.e., valley, water, mountain). Dressing up is NOT necessary but it does get them in the spirit of the event.

Keep track of the books you read daily by writing them down on the Reading Log, get your parent or guardian to initial, total your pages read, and turn it in  Monday, June 1 ...Receive a Prize!
Remember: Read your Accelerated Reader Book (selected with your ZPD in mind) and take the Quiz in class.
